ELK Evolution was born from Emma-Louise's own journey of healing - a path walked slowly, tenderly, and in devotion to the body's wisdom. After years of study in trauma-informed practice, cacao, breathwork and women's work, she now holds space for others to return home to themselves.
Every offering is trauma-informed, paced with care, and rooted in the earth of Blackpool, Wyre & Fylde Coast, Preston, Chorley & Lancaster.

Cacao Ceremonies
A heart-opening ritual with ceremonial-grade cacao, guided intention and shared presence. A gentle return to the wisdom of the heart.
Breathwork
Conscious connected breath to release stored tension, regulate the nervous system and access altered states of clarity and calm.
Sound Healing
An immersive bath of singing bowls, gongs and resonance. Allow the vibrations to wash through the body, dissolving what no longer serves.

From November, early bird tickets will gently increase from £15 to £18, and standard tickets from £18 to £22.
I continue to hold my prices as low as I possibly can. This small adjustment simply helps to meet the rising costs of materials, venue hire and the care that goes into each gathering. Thank you for understanding and for walking this path with me.
